The information that I will be sharing will give you knowledge of your brain waves and your nervous system as well as some of the chemical cocktail responses that your body – and you – experience to some of your thoughts and emotions, your rest and self care practices, along with actionable steps that you can use for increasing your self awareness, using your breath and other mindfulness practices to self-regulate and the basics of working with your nervous system and not against it – or yourself.
